WHAT IS AN OPEN EDITION GICLÉE PRINT?
Open edition giclée prints are printed in exactly the same way and on identical material (310gsm archival cotton rag) as limited edition giclée prints.
The important difference is that open edition giclée prints DO NOT have a limited press run and WILL NOT be signed and numbered by the artist. They DO NOT come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Although the original painting has been scanned at the same resolution as a limited edition print (600dpi) they HAVE NOT been colour-corrected during the scanning process. However, any differences in the resulting print colour will be barely, if at all detectable. The image may also be cropped slightly to fit customer requirements and may be printed in UNLIMITED QUANTITIES and/or SIZES.
These small limitations mean that open edition giclée prints are slightly lower priced than their limited edition counterparts.

POSTAGE is FREE worldwide, and your print will arrive packaged in a sturdy postal tube.

The original artwork size of the lorikeets was 50 x 70cm, with the resulting scanned file size a massive 195MB. This means very large prints will easily retain their detail, brilliance and colour.
PLEASE NOTE: Many of the file sizes of the other images are much smaller than 195MB. This will impact the maximum print size.
