RETURNS
What if my items arrive and I don’t like them?
I want you to be absolutely delighted with your new purchases so I offer a return agreement. If any product is not as you expect, you have 7 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 7 days.
What if my products arrive damaged?
All items are carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside Australia.
What if I want to exchange an item?
Please choose carefully, because I don't offer exchanges on items if you change your mind.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Please read carefully!
Every care has been taken to show the artwork and other products for sale as accurately as possible in size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
ORDERING
How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through PayPal or Stripe in Australian Dollars. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. I do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
Purchasing with a deposit
I do not offer lay-by with purchases made online through my website. If you would like to commission an original painting you are welcome to purchase in stages. A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to hold your painting. The balance of 75% must be paid on completion of the artwork. Please contact me if you are interested in arranging a commission.
SHIPPING
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my products?
Giclée prints, Calendars and Greeting Cards are all printed by a third party provider and as such, have variations in delivery time to my address that are beyond my control. Orders are usually delivered to my place within a week.
Once your order has arrived, I will pack and ship to you within 5 working days.
Within Australia, items are sent by Australia Post. Most deliveries within Australia arrive within 5 days from time of shipping. Overseas deliveries may take a few weeks.
I currently do not offer dropshipping.
Is shipping included?
Shipping worldwide is FREE!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location.
Overseas shipments (outside Australia) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
